geez i have gotten slack

i havent been here for ages...slack.

tomorrow sunday august 31 i need to begin again.

i guess i need to do points because core is being dam unsuccessful for me and i feel out of control lately. sometimes it seems to be an excuse to do didly squat.

work is putting pressure on to lose (fair enough it is a weight loss industry) and i want to get to goal.

i havent got that far to go...so i should push forward.

i need to find things i want to eat for snacks etc.....

will try and come back shortly and be more inspiring...

I stayed the same this week and was a little peeved to be honest. I know i know, i shouldnt be and would tell someone else not to be but it annoys me, i seem to have two losses then either stay the same or gain. still....moving on, bit slack with the daily posting this week.

2 scrambled eggs, 1 eye of bacon, 2 slices of soy lindseed toast with vegimite, tea
500mls of water
couscous with roasted vegies and chicken
fish, mash potato, vegies
copious amounts of fruit and watermaybe some popcorn if im feeling fiesty

special k and a date with milk

2 mg bread, sliced breast and a lite cheese slice toasted .5

roast pork, potatoes, pumpkin, peas

2 shred wheatmeal and coffee
mug of vegi soup

steak, cob corn, onions and sliced potatoes cooked in oven with a little oil

shopped ourselves silly today and now own a playstation 3 and a beyonwiz but they are still in the box we are way too tired to open them tonite!

Sunday July 6th

I am a little bored today i guess, typical sunday thing.
Will go for a walk soon while there is still some sunlight.
House is quiet Mark is on computer researching those topfield recorders (the olympics is coming) and Bec has gone out with her boyfriend. Their is a birthday party next door for mr turned 8 and i can hear lots of laughter and balloons popping. They have a jumpy castle too. i bet they have cake n lollies yummm.

Todays menu is:

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with a large slice of soy lindseed toast with a scrape of vegimite.

Lunch was 3/4 cup of couscous, 60g of chicken breast and vegies assorted

Afternoon tea is coffee with an aldi bubble bar (1.5)

Dinner will be fish, potato wedges and salad

an orange and some watermelon will feature in this mix somewhere.

6 large glasses of water.

45 minute walk.

i would love to lose .9 this week to make me 82, but will settle for .5:)

A Journey to the end...


All good journeys must have an end, and i can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have lost 21 kilos since i began and i have another 10.9 to reach my personal goal of 72k, and 8 more after that to make bmi, which i am not sure about, we shall see.
Last week i lost .7 by actually eating more, an intereting concept indeed. Thats my biggest problem doing core, i dont eat enough! i tend to eat a lot of fruit and vegies on core, healthy but i start to stay the same on the scales.
What i need to learn to do is eat more. I sometimes find i am completely drained of energy and if i look over my journal for a few days, it is because i have eaten not much protein etc, so i must address that.

My aim is to get to 72k by christmas, and there is 25 weeks to go (july 6th)
I am going to put my daily menu on this thread.
